This house gets gorgeous light all day long. In the morning it comes streaming in through the front of the house. At the end of the day it sets behind the redwoods at the back of the house. The house is well insulated and very comfortable in every season. It stays cool in the summer and keeps the heat in during the winter. The hottest months of the year you have the options of fans throughout the house or air conditioning. There is one off street parking place. There is a large yard. We are located just blocks from the plaza. It is a five minute walk to all the best restaurants in town. Walk to Safeway. Bike to Big John's. Bike the greenway just a block west of the house. The house is equipped with high speed Sonic internet. There is a pocket door that can close off the living room from the dining room to create separate spaces when necessary. And the kitchen island serves as an optional dining area. There is also a deck off the kitchen. There are two bedrooms furnished with a king and a queen sized bed. The rental price listed is for a 30 day stay. It includes all utilities and landscaping costs. If you are interested in a longer lease we are happy to lower the monthly rate.
