Rent includes capped utilities and internet. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS = 4 (maybe some flexibility). Step one if you are interested: My standard questions: - # of people and relationship (friend, family, colleague, crew, acquaintance, other) - # of vehicles - Pets: age, breed, and size - any smokers in the group? - boats, RVs, motorcycles, bicycles, etc. ? - employer - dates desired - Reason looking - Special requests/requirements Please note my "standard questions" that MUST be addressed to start a conversation. This is NOT a long term rental. Absolutely NO 6 month to one YEAR leases. Ideal if you are visiting Bend, remodeling/repairing your home, or on temp work assignment and need a temp home. Fully furnished. Relaxing rustic setting in the city. This nicely remodeled single-story home is a block from the river and Bend Farewell Park. New kitchen cabinets & counter, sink, dishwasher May 3rd, 2023, new heat pump June 2023. Old Mill and the Amphitheater concert stage at Old Mill is only a few minutes walk away. - Heat pump (with A/C) installed June 2023. - Fully Furnished, including kitchenware and linens. - Includes WIFI and utilities (capped, tenant pays overage). - Beautiful and convenient location. Walk to the river trail, Old Mill restaurants, Hook & Plow, Flamingo, Immersion, music Amphitheater, dog park, and more. 20 minutes or so drive to Mt Bachelor Ski. - Furnished 3 bdrm/2 bath (3rd bedroom set up as an office but can be set up with a bed) on large lot (1/3 acre), 2 minute walk to the river. - Beautiful setting (feels rural in the city) at Old Mill (Wood River Village). Many new custom homes being built throughout the neighborhood. - King bed in Master bedroom, 2nd bdrm has queen bed. - 2nd Office in backporch/room. - 3rd bedroom set up as reading room/office. Cot or double tall inflatable mattress is available to use it as a third bedroom with advance arrangement. - Bathrooms remodeled in May 2017 with new tub/surround, toilet, floor, paint, lighting. - Kitchen partial remodel in 2023 - new dishwasher, sink, counter, base cabinets, flooring. - Heat pump installed in 2023. - New carpet in 2017, new frig, exterior paint, interior paint 2021, new lighting, new cellular blinds, new leather couch, new power recliner. - Front and back decks with fenced yard and sprinkler system. Just across from Bend Farewell Park at the Old Mill District. Walk to music, restaurants, bars, shopping. - Workshop on property not available to guests (landlord storage). - Area behind wood fence not part of rental. Rental only includes use of grass backyard inside the fence by deck. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. $250 charge for any evidence of smoking including odor and cigarette butts. WIFI: data 500 GB (1 gbps). Minimum 1 month - MAXIMUM 3 month RENTAL PERIOD. NO ONE YEAR LEASES. NO 3RD PARTY RENTALS. This is NOT a long term rental, ever. It's my second home, and is occasionally available. Cleaning fee = $160 NOTE: the pet "rent" is per stay. Zillow fills in as "per month". NO LONG TERM RENTALS. I live here part of the year. Ideal if visiting Bend, closing on a purchase, remodeling/repairing your home, or on temp work assignment and need a temporary spot. If you are interested please, start a conversation by answering my required "standard questions" listed at the end of this description. No rental can be confirmed until all questions are answered. No property management company. You rent directly from owner. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: No smoking - ever, at all, anywhere on the property. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS = 4 people. Viable income and employment. Meet pet policy (pet must be pre-approved, no aggressive dogs, no puppies, 1-2 dogs only). No puppies. Any children MUST be responsibly managed and supervised. Meet vehicle limit policy. No oil leaking vehicles. Must be a direct rental (a rental for you to stay there). Deposit required. NO smoking anywhere on the property. Funds must be available. Renting for yourself and you will be staying at the home. Must be OK with entry steps. Must accept that the home is not "childproofed" or set up for ANY special needs. No persons may stay overnight except those persons appearing on the rental agreement. I always try to do my due diligence to ensure a good fit for you, my house, and the neighbors.
