Lease terms

Base rent covers all expenses and utility costs. Gym usage requires an official sign up at the management office in the lobby and incurs a monthly fee of $7. Laundry in the building runs on a payment card, which will be provided, but renter loads with balance in the laundry room. Replacements of laundry card, entry fobs, or keys will be at renter's expense. Any repair work or maintenance will be at renter's expense. The building engineer is on site and should be contacted for any maintenance (information provided with lease agreement). Minium 11-month lease, preferred. Absolutely no smoking. No pets allowed. Parking is only available off-street, nearby. We don't have a reserved spot at the building.
