Tenant is responsible for maintaining the pool in a clean and sanitary condition throughout the tenancy, including routine cleaning, chemical balancing, and compliance with all applicable safety requirements. Any damage resulting from improper maintenance shall be the responsibility of the tenant. **Solar Panels** The property is equipped with solar panels. Tenant shall be responsible for all electricity charges and utility accounts associated with the property.
