Our furnished entry-level suite is ready for you! We are conveniently located near all that Northern Virginia and DC have to offer, in Arlington between Ballston and Seven Corners. We are in Boulevard Manor, a neighborhood nestled between Arlington Boulevard/ Route 50, Wilson Boulevard, Bluemont Park, and Upton Regional Park.
This suite is on the first floor of our home. It is approximately 650 sq ft, has two bedrooms, two full baths with showers, a small kitchen, living room, private entrance and plenty of unrestricted street parking right outside. The floor is tiled, and the kitchen is small but functional. There is an electric piano for you to play.
We live upstairs, and although your suite is self-contained, you will have access to use the laundry upstairs in our living space. The yard is also shared space. In the side yard we have a picnic table you are welcome to use.
About housemate(s)
We are an active, diverse family. Up by 7am, in bed by 10pm. We love spending time outdoors- sailing, hiking, camping and gardening. We have one child left at home. We often have people over, and hope to include our housemate.
