Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $20 per night for one pet and $30 per night for two pets, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Chef services are available upon request. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is from 4pm to 12am, and check-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are available for an additional fee of $150 per hour. The property has 5 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices for security. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Guests must be 25 and up to rent and upload a photo ID within 72 hours of booking. Locals must notify the host prior to booking for approval. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, with potential for additional guests for a fee of $40 per night per guest. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any violation of house rules or noise disturbances may result in a warning or eviction, with potential security dispatch fees. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. The pool is serviced weekly. While pets are allowed, they must not be on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas, and pet fees must be paid prior to arrival. Trash and recycling bins are provided, and guests are responsible for moving them to the street on collection days (Wednesdays & Saturdays for trash, Wednesdays for recycling).
