Renters have to submit a formal rental application with the Condo Association, and directly pay all required fees for processing and background security check (about $200/person or $300/couple). Renters pay for their actual usage of electricity and water - be smart and save. There will be no hidden fees or made-up numbers - this is my promise. No smoking, no pets. No annual rent, no sublease/sublet, no commercial housing/accommodation contracts.
