Excess noise is not permitted in our home. - NO SMOKING inside home - All guests are liable for any and all damage to the home and common areas, including legal fees. - Illegal drugs are not permitted on our property. - No smoking nor pets of any kind are permitted in our home guests will be charged a $250 fine per day of staying plus the cost to remove smoke or odor from the unit. - An additional cleaning fee of $295 total to be applied on longer reservations. 1 deep cleaning every 3 months. - Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage can (adjacent near garage bins are available outside) before the smell fills the home. - Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage. They are decorative elements and not for regular guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard. - No co-living short term allowed - New tenant responsible for utilities except Wifi (included)
