A $500 non-refundable pet fee and $35/month pet rent apply. Renters insurance is required with minimum liability coverage. Tenant is responsible for routine maintenance such as air filter replacement and light bulbs. A service fee may apply for maintenance requests resulting from tenant misuse or where no issue is found. Tenant must comply with local trash collection rules; any fines or additional charges due to tenant misuse will be the tenant's responsibility.
