**Lease Terms** This is a fully furnished rental with all utilities included. A rental agreement and required disclosures will be provided through a secure third-party platform for electronic review and signature prior to move-in. The minimum lease term is 30 days. Longer-term stays may be considered for qualified tenants and situations on a case-by-case basis. Dogs are welcome with owner approval. Cats are not permitted. A non-refundable pet fee applies for approved dogs. A security deposit, move-out cleaning fee, and administrative fee are required. For leases exceeding 30 days, routine property inspections will be conducted approximately once per month with proper notice to ensure the property is being maintained and to address any maintenance concerns. Applicants are subject to screening, verification of income, rental history review, and background checks where permitted by law. Brief monthly inspection required for those staying longer than 30 days. thank you
