An additional full bathroom is accessible to all guests and features a shower/tub combination.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste from the yard and evidence of pet hair on furniture or in the home.

Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited in and around the home, with an automatic $500 charge for any signs of smoking. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Check-in is via a digital door code.
