Rent must be paid in full 60 days prior to occupancy or at the time of booking if arrival is within 60 days.

For your pleasure there is a Keurig and a black and decker coffee maker in the kitchen as well. There is also a washer and dryer on hand for all of your laundry needs located in the hall.
The first bedroom has a king bed with solid wood furniture and a 50 " flat screen television with an adjoining bathroom with a tiled shower with custom seat in it. The second bedroom has a king size bed and padded headboard with a 50" flat screen television and a patio with wonderful views. The adjoining gorgeous bathroom has a large marble tiled shower with seat just great to relax in after playing a round of golf. The back patio has plenty of seating for your family and a propane grill for those wonderful meals.
You will simply fall in love with the back patio views of the surrounding mountains and palm trees as you sit in the evenings with a glass of wine knowing you have finally made it where you belong!
We will require a copy of the main renters photo ID, the contact information for a secondary contact person, as well as your full guest list. La Quinta City noise ordinance states there is to be no sound amplification permitted outside whatsoever (day or night), and outdoor voices must be kept to a reasonable level or you are at risk of being fined. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the city-wide noise ordinance or our company policies, please call our office BEFORE booking.
