Lease terms

Rent: $2,995 per month Security Deposit: One month's rent ($2,995) Lease Term: Minimum 12-month lease Available: 07/25/26 Application: All applicants 18 years and older must complete a rental application and background screening. Income Requirement: Household gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Applicants must provide proof of stable, verifiable employment or another verifiable source of income sufficient to meet the income requirement. Credit & Rental History: Good credit and positive rental history required. No prior evictions. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash, cable/internet, and lawn maintenance. Pets: Up to three pets considered with owner approval. Non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $150 for a second pet. Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the home. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy in accordance with local regulations. Renters Insurance: Proof of renters insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for replacing HVAC filters regularly and maintaining the property in clean condition. Landlord is responsible for major repairs as required by the lease. Move-In Costs: First month's rent and security deposit due prior to move-in.
