The master bedroom includes a king bed, large chest of drawers and closet so lots of space to unpack and get comfortable. The master has a Smart Roku TV and remote control ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large chest of drawers and closet. The bathroom has a full tub and shower and has been updated with quiet motion sensor vent with Bluetooth speaker. We kept the retro tile. We enjoy the mix of old and new features. Living room and Dining blend together and have a 2nd Smart Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. The backdoor (in the kitchen) leads to a screened back porch overlooking the large fenced-in backyard. The porch also accesses the laundry room with free included washer and dryer. This rental includes utilities and WIFI and is fully furnished. This is an active short term rental which is available for midterm renters. Terms can be 1-6 months with flexibility built in. Linens included and all amenities that are typically in the short term rental to start. Depending on the length of your stay, your will need to replenish supplies.
