Looking for a conscious, mindful roommate to join me and my dog and one other friend in renting this insanely beautiful 4,000sq ft home.… I've been renting this property for the past year and it's incredible! On top of lookout mountain, the nature, the home is beautiful, the sauna, all of it's a win. The layout: The house is 4000 sqft so plenty of room. I have the upstairs and you would take the downstairs with the other roommate who is only here 1 week/month. You would have your own room, private bathroom and your own living room. The other roommate, when he is here for the 1 week/month, takes body work clients at the house and works out of his room. Nothing you would have to do other than be conscious of noise during those hours. I'm 36, work from home, very focused on building my business and keep the home quiet. We both mostly keep to ourselves and do our own thing. Would love to have someone with a shared sentiment of having the home be quiet and restorative, not needing it to be our primary place of social connection. Let me know if this resonates with you and lets get you out here to check the place out!
