Lease terms

Housing and debt ratios must not exceed the following: o Housing to Income - 30% o Housing + Debt to Income - 38% A credit score of at least 660 is required for all applicants. All proposed occupants must be listed on the application and the lease agreement. The lease term must be a minimum of 12 months. No subletting is allowed. Renters must consent to and pass a criminal history screening (criminal background check). Renters must provide a copy of their renters' insurance before moving in. Pets must be disclosed to the Shareholder and a Pet Registration form submitted with application. No Dogs allowed (except for emotional support and service animals. An additional application is required at the time of submission for service and assistance animals. The building is a non-smoking facility, including inside apartments and balconies.
