Private apartments in a substantially renovated 5-unit historic multifamily property. Monthly rents currently range from $1,250 $1,500 depending on unit. Electricity and water are INCLUDED in the monthly rent. Move-in requirements: First month's rent Security deposit Valid government-issued ID Verifiable income and employment Background screening Signed rental agreement and property rules No application fee. Payments: Zelle or Cash App only or money orders. Parking: Limited on-site/off-street parking. Number of vehicles must be disclosed and approved before move-in. Pets: Considered subject to approval and applicable rental terms. Assistance animals are handled separately in accordance with applicable law. Smoking: No smoking inside any apartment or prohibited common areas. Occupancy: All adults residing in a unit must be disclosed and approved. Unauthorized occupants are not permitted. Property includes shared laundry facilities and maintained common areas. Residents are expected to maintain a clean, quiet and respectful environment. Units are not held based on verbal commitments. A unit is considered secured only after qualification, written approval, execution of required documents and receipt of agreed funds.
