We're traveling the world this summer and are looking to rent out our fully furnished home Our home has everything you could want, including a fully stocked kitchen with every cooking appliance for amazing meals and it's very kid-friendly (we have 5 kids ages 3 7). All 5 bedrooms have king beds A backyard trampoline, gymnastics bar, and 100+ board games will keep you (and kids!) busy for hours. Location: Near Ward & 52nd 3 minutes to I-70 10 minutes to downtown Golden 15 18 minutes to downtown Denver $5,500/month includes all utilities $300 one-time cleaning fee $4,000 security deposit (returned within 3 days if the home is left in good condition) The garage and primary bedroom closet are not available.
