The owner will split water and electric with tenant based on square footage. The tenant pays 75% of the electric and water cost. For an additional fee, the owners can arrange to have someone week if the tenant prefers. We are open to having a small or medium sized, quiet and well behaved, friendly dog or a cat. The tenants will cover the cost of setting up and paying for their own internet as well as City of Denver Trash and recycling. The house has an oversized 2 car garage with automatic garage door opener available for our renters with access from the alley and back yard. The owners have a small basement apartment with a separate side entrance that they will use on occasion and the owners will have use of the shed in the backyard for occasional access. This is a non smoking house and yard. Rent is $2950 a month, security deposit is $2950 fully refundable if there is no damage to the house or yard. There is a $400 refundable pet deposit, provided that there is no damage to the house and yard. The renters will share water, gas and electric costs based on the square footage of the house. 75%/25% The owner manages the property and will be the direct contact for our tenants.
