The best features of this property include the gas fireplace, spacious master bedroom, and easy access to the front gate. As a renter, you'll also have access to the community pool and spa. And since this is part of the greater Islands community, you'll also have access to the Islands park and events, if you choose to sign up. You're also walking distance from one of the best coffee places in the East Valley, GrindTime.
This is one of the only gated communities in the islands and sits comfortably off of the major streets (McQueen and Warner) avoiding much of the traffic.
If you like walking, you'll really enjoy the greater Islands walk paths and quiet neighborhood.
