Safe, Clean, Quiet, is the best way to describe this 2nd Floor, 2 Bedroom unit. This apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple.… There are only 4 apartments in the building so it truly is like living with family. The tenants, who are in the apartment till September 1st, have been with us since 2013. The other one bedroom apartments in the front part of the building have 2 very kind and pleasent single older women living there for many years. This DELUXE 2 bedroom unit has thermostat controlled hot water hydronic heat (the best for Chicago winters), thru the wall AC units, and individual water heaters to ensure the best living conditions. All these features under small residential rate plans for maximum comfort in every season. Other ammenities include, but are not limited to, personal storage, in-house coin operated laundry, a private yard for use with permission, and plenty of restriction free parking on Elston and Winona. Getting around is even better. Situated in between the Kennedy (90) and the Edens (94), Elston Avenue, Milwaukee Avenue, and Northwest Highway, you can literally get anywhere from the Northwest Suburbs to the downtown area in 15 mins. Lastly, and probably one of the coolest things about this Forest Glen location is your a short walk (5 blocks) away from the North Branch walking and biking trail which is just simply amazing for city life. The process is simple, schedule an appointment to see the apartment and building, take and fill out a basic credit application, and meet with the owner/manager for a business meeting for approval.
