Out door parking, no garage parking. Beachside apartment, one block from the beach. We are renting for 6 months or a year, one person. This charming apartment has laminate floors, bedroom, living room, kitchen, and full bathroom, has lot of storage space. NO Pets, No Smoking, No Excessive Drinking, No Drugs, No Slobs. We are looking for no drama people, do not except anyone accused of a felony in the last five years, no violent misdemeanors and never have been evicted. We do a phone interview then we do a free background check, we don't charge an application fee. No smoking or vaping in the apartment or on the porch. So please call me! No Emailing.
