Need first month rent, last month rent plus one month security deposit before moving in. Alternatively, the home can be owned via a "Rent Credit Program" where you put down $2,300 down and pay $295 a month for 5 years (Lot rent additional $300 per month). You will be able to redeem the home after you complete the program. Tenants pay electricity, water and trash. Sewer/Landscaping included in rent. If there are appliances in the home, they are provided for convenience of tenants. We don't replace or repair any appliances. You would need to bring your own appliances if not working. 2 pets maximum. One time $250 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee per animal.
