You need to make income that is 3x of monthly payment. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years. Rent: For rental, it's $700 a month. If the tenant is able to maintain it, a rent credit of $75 can be issued starting the 4th months. Need first month rent, last month rent plus one month security deposit before moving in. Alternatively, the home can be owned via a "Rent Credit Program" where you put down $2,500 down and pay $335 a month for 5 years (Lot rent additional $300 per month). You will be able to redeem the home after you complete the program. Tenants pay electricity, water and trash. Sewer/Landscaping included in rent. If there are appliances in the home, they are provided for convenience of tenants. We don't replace or repair any appliances. You would need to bring your own appliances if not working. 2 pets maximum. One time $250 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee per animal. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. Maximum pet weight limit is 25lbs. If the pet is larger than 25lbs, it needs to be approved on a case by case basis
