Five minute stroll to world class restaurant, marina with all ocean activities available, Maui Ocean Center, miniature golf course (and a drive to MANY champion golf courses). ocean access on property. Three minutes walk to Starbucks. Miles of white sand beach at end of street. And aloha from the State of Hawaii... you pay the tax kanaka a .0417% GET tax which is charged within the $4200 monthly rent. And, courtesy of the Mayor, minimum lease must be 1 year. This is a quiet building with a total no-smoking, on property or within units building. And, sorry, the building policy is no pets.
