Pet policy
No outdoor cats, due to resident animals on the property. One well-behaved dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval would require a positive rental reference for the dog and a successful meet-and-greet with the resident dog. The dog must remain under the tenant's control and may not roam freely on the property. Only cats and dogs considered. No chickens! Pet approval is not guaranteed.
Landlord lives on multiple acre property. Landlord house and cottage are opposite ends of the property
Applicant requirements
All adults who would occupy the residence must complete an application and provide verifiable income and prior rental references. Applicants must also consent to a routine tenant-screening report. Screening standards will be applied consistently to every applicant. Any screening charge will reflect only the actual cost of obtaining the report.
