Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Full names of guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted in the driveway; trailers, boats, RVs, buses, or commercial vehicles are not allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine and immediate removal for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with a $500 fine for noise complaints. Indoor smoking is prohibited, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and cannabis use; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted with windows and doors closed, with a $500 fine for violation. Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video; tampering with them will result in a $1000 fine. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Packages may be delivered with host permission and only during the booked reservation dates; USPS mail is not permitted. Guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee. Do not adjust any mounted TVs.
