Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full names (legal first and last names) of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway is provided for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services. No parties/events/gatherings are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation and immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 9 AM, with a $500 fine for any noise complaint and potential immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No indoor smoking is permitted; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation and potential immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
