One parking spot is available in the driveway; only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, with a $500 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed; any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and a $500 fine will be issued. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. A late checkout fee of $25 is available for a 12 PM checkout if requested by 9 PM the night before.
