Guests also have a garage and a full laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and deep sink. Master Bedroom: King Bed, his/hers walk-in closets, and ensuite bath with shower and separate soaking tub Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds & Workspace Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds GAMES ROOM For hours of fun, make your way into the large games room overlooking the canal where you can play a game of air hockey on the full size table or see who has the quickest hands with a foosball table. The room is lined with a gorgeous window seat giving you a great place to read or just hang out with friends and enjoy a drink or two. OUTDOOR Step out into your own private outdoor oasis and dive into the refreshing pool as you relax on the outdoor patio and cook up a feast on the BBQ. Guests are welcome to bring along a boat with your very own private dock right by the house where you can easily come and go at your leisure with no fixed bridges to limit your access to the ICW and Atlantic Ocean. There is no longer a boat lift at the dock as the one in the pictures was removed. Monthly rent is based on an unfurnished 12-month lease. Tenant will pay all utilities as well as pool and lawn maintenance. All applicants will be thoroughly screened for background check, credit score, income verification, etc. Home is currently used as a short term rental and is fully furnished.
