The (newly renovated) bathroom has a low head height of 6'-1", so it may not be suited to tall folks. All other rooms have standard ceiling heights. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, stainless steel double sink, microwave, toaster, electric tea kettle, coffee making supplies, and dishware, although no dishwasher. Williams neighborhood is 9 minutes, Mississippi is 16 minutes, and just 8 minutes to access the Alberta Arts District. With only a 16 minute drive to PDX Portland International Airport and 2 blocks from multiple Trimet bus stops, the public transit network makes it efficient to get around. There is also street parking available. If in need of an exercise outlet for longer stays, there is a yoga studio and fitness gym is one block away.
