A Note From the Owners,
For more than 20 years, this home has been owned and occupied by homeowners rather than serving as a traditional long-term rental property. We purchased the home three years ago and lived here ourselves for two of those years while raising our daughter.
What we loved most about this home was the balance it offered. Inside, it feels bright, welcoming, and comfortable, with natural light throughout the day and spaces that flow easily from room to room. Outside, there is always something blooming, growing, or ready to be enjoyed.
The garden beds, fruit trees, flowers, and outdoor living areas have been intentionally cultivated over many years. Professional gardening service is provided for lawn maintenance, while the garden spaces offer a wonderful opportunity for those who enjoy spending time outdoors and taking pride in the environment around them.
We're hoping to find tenants who will appreciate the character of the home, enjoy the outdoor spaces, and value the sense of care that has gone into the property over the years.
