Looking for college student/young professional to share rental at Casa Del Rio, closest off campus housing to FAU, walk to campus, lots of parking at condo. Two bedroom and two bathroom (each person has own master bedroom and bathroom) condo in a super clean, totally renovated FURNISHED condo with granite white kitchen and bathrooms, tiled floors, with screened patio (on first floor) so can park right outside slider and enter thru slider. Can walk to campus. No pets. I can match students to share so call me as I have others looking to share, been doing this for years and works out great and less expensive than renting a 1/1. Rent incudes water and cable, split electric and WIFI with roommate; approximately $75 per person per month. Call to see condo and/or any questions.
