Lease terms

Tenant agrees to maintain the property in the same clean and well-kept condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit. Monthly rent shall be $1,800 per month, and tenants are responsible for paying all utilities separately in addition to the monthly rent amount. Pets are permitted only with landlord approval, and any pet residing on the property must weigh less than 29 pounds. Tenants are responsible for any damages caused by pets and may be charged additional cleaning or repair fees if necessary. All remotes provided with the property, including light/fan remotes, must be returned at move-out. Any lost or missing remotes will result in replacement costs being deducted from the tenant's security deposit. Tenant parking is restricted to the designated I9 parking spot or approved guest parking areas only. Unauthorized parking in other spaces may result in towing or additional penalties in accordance with community rules. No renovations, alterations, painting, installations, or modifications to the property may be made without prior written permission from the landlord. Unauthorized changes may result in repair costs being charged to the tenant.
