PLEASE NOTE: HOA only allows permanent parking for 2 cars only and they have to be kept in the garage. There are no extra spots for tenants needing a 3rd parking space. Tenant pays utilities, no smoking, no waterbeds, no sublease, pets - one small dog under 30 pounds is allowed and is on a case by case basis and all pet fees and pet rent will be determined by pet screening service, all applicants must go through pet screening even if applying without an animal - this service is free if you don't have an animal and is for education purposes. Washer, dryer and refrigerator left as a courtesy and will not be repaired if breaks. Your real estate agent can provide application information to you. If you don't have an agent please contact us. If you choose to apply for one of our rental homes, we do a full background check on everyone 18 or older, including criminal, credit, and nationwide eviction. We are looking for well-qualified applicants with a credit score of 600+, and we verify employment and rental history. We will need to see a minimum of 3 months proof of income in the form of recent check stubs, bank statements, or other verifiable sources, showing that your gross monthly income is 3 times the monthly rent of the property you are applying for - combined gross income if multiple people are applying.
