Indian Wells requires a Minimum 1 month rental. Owner pays for wifi, water, walk-in trash service and weekly gardening. Tenant pays for gas, electric, extra TV requests over existing Spectrum service and any maid service during the month. The home will be received spotlessly clean and if desired upon checkout, a $1500.00 cleaning fee is available to return it spotlessly clean. No pets are allowed, however please call for special requests.
