There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
