Lease terms

Move-in ready as of August 8th, 2026. Lease will begin at 6-months duration and any subsequent leases will be 12 months unless otherwise agreed upon. Landlord will accept Reusable Tenant Screening Reports. Trash and recycling are free and are serviced through the City of Bowie. Electricity, gas and water bill(s) will be the responsibility of the tenant. Tenant may use the space as they see fit except as enumerated below and in the lease agreement: -No subletting. -Crawlspaces and attic areas are off-limits. -Fireplace will be serviced/cleaned annually by the owner or contractors hired by the owner at the tenant's expense. -The yard is to be maintained in good order by the tenant so as not to cause damage to the property while occupied. -No smoking while inside the property. -One or two small dogs ( 25lbs) are allowed. -Appliances belong to the property owner. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the tenant. -Any pest-control (insect/rodent, etc.) services required after the first six months will be the tenant's responsibility.
