Lease terms

To help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable living environment for everyone, tenants are expected to follow these basic lease terms: No smoking is permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property unless specifically authorized in writing. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud music, parties, or excessive noise during these hours. Only approved occupants may live in the property. No one may move in or stay as a long-term resident without prior written approval from the landlord. Tenants are expected to keep the property clean, report maintenance issues promptly, and comply with all applicable laws and community rules. No pets allowed. Rent must be paid on time, in accordance with the lease agreement. Please note: This is only a summary of some of the basic lease terms.
