We are conveniently located only 8 miles from Auburn University's campus, so come enjoy our home and bring your friends! Enter into a fun-filled living room with a large tv and plenty of seating. The space opens into the kitchen with table and appliances ready for you. Back through the living room is the hall leading to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, perfect for a good night's sleep. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, another with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 can have a futon added by request only. Request must be made at booking and a $50 set up fee will be assessed. The open living room has a couch and futon. The spacious kitchen has a four-chair table, plenty of storage space, appliances, pots and pans, and dining wear. It is fully stocked for your cooking needs. A laundry room is also attached. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo and starter toiletries are provided. Need to burn some time? Feel free to use the game of corn-hole toss located in the front entry closet or play some board games located in the living room. Of course, internet and smart tv?s are also available. There is a security camera on the front door as well as on the back of the property. Both record audio as well. Please do not tamper with the cameras. Please only enter the right side of the duplex.
