The tenant may use any reputable, licensed pest control company of their choice, provided the home is professionally treated on a regular basis for common household pests. The owner is responsible for structural pest issues or infestations not caused by the tenant. * No pets permitted. * No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the home. * Renters insurance is required before move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. * Security deposit required. * Application, credit check, background screening, and income verification are required. Applicants should have verifiable income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. * Tenant must provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to vacating the property. * If the tenant chooses to terminate the lease before the lease expiration date, an early termination fee will apply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the tenant will be responsible for the remaining rent due under the lease. For example, if one month remains on the lease, the tenant will owe one month's rent; if two months remain, the tenant will owe two months' rent, subject to the terms of the signed lease agreement and applicable Florida law.
