Please read carefully on the terms below! -- Minimum rental days is 30 days and can be more up to 1 year or more but not less than 30 days for sure. In the case of rental more than 181 days then there won't be any taxes accessed. Membership and Golf fees are one time of 250$ irrespective of no of months rental. Security deposit is also a one-time fee. Please make sure the property is maintained in top condition in the same way it was handed to you. -- Some fees are not included in the booking because these fees are needed 2 to 3 weeks before your arrival so you won't have any issues entering the Club/Resort for use of any amenities after booking is confirmed and few weeks before I would request you to pay the fees and sign the lease agreement. - Membership one time transfer fee (Non-Refundable) = 250$ for just membership transfer and 100$ for golf membership. If you want golf (1 Month - $200, 2 Month - $300, 3 Month plus - $400) per rental and green fees apply and vary by months. -- Cleaning (Non-Refundable): One time departure cleaning of 250$ per rental -- Pet fees (Non-Refundable): We welcome pets (Dogs) but there is a charge of 250$ per rental per pet -- Lease Agreement: The resort membership transfer requires a signed lease agreement, and we will reach you for a signed lease agreement to be submitted to the office 15 days before your arrival. So, payment is due after signing the lease and 15 days in advance to get into the system to access the facility. A copy of your driver's license is required for your membership at the time of membership transfer --Security Deposit (Refundable): 1000$ due at the time of membership transfer or when the lease is going to be signed and refundable if there is no damage to the property and we will return it within 30 days after the check-out. Just to ensure you have maintained the property in good condition and same as what we give you at the time of check-in. So far, we have not faced any issues, and everyone has been very nice. Taxes (Non-refundable): There will be 12% Taxes for the rental period out of which 7% goes to the Florida department of revenue and 5% goes to the collier county.
