Property Status: This is a new build in its final phase. Please note: September 1st move-in date is an estimate. Parking: Off-street parking is included! Lease Details & Fees Lease Term: 12 Months. Terms are negotiable, though adjusted lease durations may be subject to a higher monthly rate. Monthly Rent: $7,200.00 Utilities: Renter is responsible for all utilities, including water, gas, electricity, trash, and internet. Smoking Policy: Strictly NO smoking allowed on the property. Move-In Costs Due at Signing: $7,200.00 (First month's rent) Security & Holding Deposit: A $5,000.00 holding deposit is required to secure the property and take it off the market. Upon successful move-in, this fully converts into your standard security deposit, which is refundable at the end of the lease term, less any damages. Note: If the tenant backs out or fails to sign the lease within 72 hours of receipt, the holding deposit is non-refundable. Move-In Fees: $125.00 non-refundable administrative fee and a $350.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Pet Policy Pets are welcome! Up to three (3) pets total are allowed. There is a $250.00 non-refundable pet deposit required per pet. Estimated Total Due Before Move-In: $12,925.00 (Assuming one pet)
