The guest bedroom also features a king size bed for ultimate comfort for your guests. There is also a desk in this bedroom to accommodate all of your work from home needs. The additional bedroom doubles as an office with a large desk and features a twin size bed to accommodate additional guests. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with a combination tub and shower. Each of the king beds and desks are adjustable for ultimate comfort.
Parking is located in the driveway out front with room for up to four cars.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $475 upon signing the lease agreement.
