Month-to-month leasing options are available, and rates vary by season. The current rate is valid only from November 1 2026 through February 28 2027. The condo offers: Free wifi and smart tv. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom, tv, and plenty of storage. The bunk room has a set of bunk beds ( 2 single beds), a closet, 2nd full bath and a stackable washer and dryer. The spacious living room offers a queen pull-out sofa and a large 65" TV. The eat-in kitchen is well equipped with a keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster oven, ice maker and everything needed to prepare and serve food for your family. The balcony offers breathtaking views of the city and the tennis court. The Resort offers: Destin's biggest lagoon pool Hot tub, heated pool & splash pad Beautiful new coffee house On-site restaurant, bar, and lounge Beach/Harbor shuttle Fully equipped gym Covered on-site parking Secured entry THE RESORT AMENITIES - RESORT FEE The Palms offers a lot of amenities such as the largest lagoon pool in Destin which was awarded as the best in the area. The pool area also features a kid's pool, a splash area, a whirlpool, and another large heated pool. Other amenities include 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, a kid's playground, a gym, and a seasonal shuttle to the beach RESORT FEES: NOTE: A $15/night resort fee is required to be paid by all guests. The fee covers guest use of all resort amenities (i.e. pools, fitness center, parking, resort shuttle as well as all playground and recreational spaces located within the resort). The fee is $25/night March 15th - Sept. 15th. The resort fee includes the following amenities and services: valet and bell service, lagoon pool, heated pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, secured parking garage, and beach shuttle (seasonal). A few days prior to check-in a resort fee is due which will be requested. The front desk will provide a welcome package, with parking passes for covered parking and keys/codes to the building, garage, and amenities. 1 car per unit will have access to the parking garage. A shuttle runs from approximately mid-March to Labor Day, maybe a little longer. It will drop you off at different locations such as the beach across the street.
