Home has stairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. There is a half bathroom downstairs but it can be a challenge for someone who cannot climb stairs to stay in this house for too long. Please consider that before booking. There are 3 queen beds in 3 bedrooms upstairs so 5 people can stay. We just got all vinyl floors installed all over the house. No more carpet in the house because we get allergies from carpet and won't want our guests to suffer either. Either tile or vinyl. Almost all new furniture and furnishings everywhere in the house. You are not too far from 202 so you can get anywhere in town. Fry's grocery store really close. San Tan Valley shopping center is not too far. Plenty of places to eat nearby. However, this is a suburban neighborhood and you will need a car or use Uber to get around. Garage for your car and if you have more cars you can park in the driveway. Laundry room with washer and dryer. We will provide detergent for your convenience. This is a good place to live peacefully but not a place to party. Please no loud noises or loud music. Please plan on being respectful of the neighbors and the community. Minimum rental period is one week and longer term is preferred. You will be given HOA rules that you will need to abide by.
