A shared full bathroom is located upstairs in the hallway. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Guests are required to notify us if they plan to bring a pet, and pets must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Guests will be charged for any evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Located about ten minutes southwest of downtown Mobile, this home offers easy access to I-90, making it simple to enjoy all that Mobile has to offer. The home is situated in a residential neighborhood convenient to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Mobile. Smoking is prohibited in and around the home, with an automatic $500 damage charge for any signs of smoking. Parties and events are prohibited unless prior approval is obtained. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM, and violations may result in reservation cancellation and immediate departure without refund. Noise monitoring technology may be used. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and will be required to sign a rental agreement. A 3% processing fee will be retained for cancellations made after the free cancellation period. Includes a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room.
