Lease terms

The tenant will be responsible for the $100 service call fee for any issues covered under the home warranty. The right to inspect the house every 6 months is reserved. Tenants may not sublease the property. Only the individuals listed on the lease may reside in the residence. Tenants must obtain written permission before making any changes, alterations, or improvements to the property. Tenants must obtain renters insurance for the protection of their personal property throughout the lease term. The tenant should be responsible for routine upkeep of the property, including lawn care and keeping the home and surrounding property clean and in good condition. Additionally, if any maintenance concerns or noticeable exterior issues arise, such as the exterior of the home becoming excessively dirty or any condition that could result in an HOA violation, we ask that the tenant notify us promptly so that the issue can be addressed.
