Lease terms
Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage and high speed internet. Tenant will pay the electric bill, a copy of which will be provided by owner, and it will be paid directly to owner based on usage. Sorry, no pets allowed. 1 covered and 1 uncovered parking space are included. This is a month to month lease which will be automatically renewable until either owner, or tenant gives notice to terminate lease. Notice must be given at least 10 days prior to the end of the current months lease end date. If tenant decides to vacate early, no pro-rated refund of rents paid will be given. $300 of the deposit is non-refundable for cleaning. No smoking is allowed inside the home. A copy of the HOA rules will be supplied and tenant must adhere to them. Failure to follow the HOA rules, or the breaking of any local laws on premises, will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of any rents paid.
