The Pend Oreille Apartments are located in Metaline Falls, WA, eighty-five miles north of Spokane, 45 miles from Colville, WA and 50 miles north of Newport, WA. There are 57 apartments on five floors with a full basement. All floors are elevator served along with two stairways. The building contains 18 studio apartments, 29 one-bedroom apartments, and 10 two-bedroom units. Approximately half of the units are furnished. All units have new thermo-pane windows and electric wall heat allowing tenants to control how warm or cool they like their individual apartment. All apartments are wired for phone, cable TV and DSL internet. FREE internet is available to all tenants in the lobby area. RENTS INCLUDE ALL UTILITIES: this includes, water, sewer, garbage, electric and heat. Cable TV, phone and internet are available but are the tenant's responsibility. ~Two-bedroom unit: $880/mo. Furnished $915/mo. ~One-bedroom unit: $750/mo. Furnished $780/mo. ~Studio: $620/mo. Furnished $645/mo.
